Leasing Procedure
Submit LOI & ID
Submit an official electronic Letter of Intent (LOI) together with the signee’s ID.
Sign the Tank Storage Agreement
We issue the Tank Storage Agreement (TSA); the lessee signs and returns it for validation.
Payment
Once the TSA is validated, an invoice is issued for the number of storage days required.
Supplier Confirmation & NOR
The lessee sends the finalized TSA to their supplier or refinery, who issues a Notice of Readiness (NOR) to us to commence pipeline injection.
Storage Period Begins
Paid storage days start counting once product reception into the tanks is complete.
Inspection & Lifting
The lessee’s inspection team performs a dip test to confirm quality and quantity. Product may be lifted at any time within the paid storage period.
