Information we collect
Through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the product or service you're enquiring about, and your message. Through the storage tank application form, we collect company name and address, the authorized signatory's name and position, email and phone, the purpose of the request (CPA and/or TSA), the product, quantity, and port details of your request, and the CIS or company profile document you upload. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not collect information about you passively.
How we use it
Information submitted through either form is used solely to respond to your enquiry or application — to identify the right product, service, or terminal contact, to review a storage or chartering request, and to reply by email, phone, or WhatsApp as appropriate. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing communications.
Third-party processing & storage
Contact form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form processing service to reach our inbox. That processor handles the message in transit; it is not used for marketing or resold to other parties. Storage tank application submissions, including the uploaded CIS/company profile document, are sent directly to our own server and stored in our database for internal review — no third-party form processor is involved in that flow. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp directly, that exchange is subject to the relevant provider's own privacy practices (Google, your telecom carrier, or Meta/WhatsApp, respectively).
Data retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of business communications. You can request deletion of your information at any time — see Contact below.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing storage@hollylogistics.com.
