REBCO
Russian Export Blend Crude Oil (REBCO), referenced to GOST 51858-2002, made available through applicable trade lanes and compliance review at our Rotterdam and Jurong hubs.

REBCO is a medium crude blend historically exported through Russian Baltic and Black Sea terminals and referenced against the GOST 51858-2002 standard rather than an API or ASTM specification — a distinction that matters for buyers whose refineries are calibrated to GOST parcels. Its API gravity and sulphur profile sit in a similar band to Urals blend, making it a familiar feedstock for refiners already running Russian-origin crude.
Because sanctions regimes affecting Russian-origin crude differ by jurisdiction and change over time, every REBCO transaction is subject to compliance and documentation review before any lifting is confirmed, and storage is offered only where applicable trade terms permit it. That review sits ahead of the usual SGS quantity and quality verification, not in place of it.
